Don’t ever cut down on your sleep! Adequate sleep makes for a healthy mind and body and if you’re really working such long hours, you NEED it. Your best bet would be to cut alter your diet. Eat more proteins and watch your intake of carbs. Have you heard of the Dukan diet? It’s a 4 stage diet that helps you lose weight easily and healthily. I lost 27 pounds in 15 weeks while on the diet last year and I’ve kept it off so far. You could take a look at it, if you want.
