Hey everyone im new to fitday. tonight i was a past edpisode of abc extreme weight loss edition and ashley was the person and she reallly inspired to me get back on my weight loss kick. im not huge but im 189 and i want to lose some weight, so i plan and havng this site help me but working out. i will post on here what im doing and what im eating so if i fall i know hopfeilly ill have some support here to help me get back up. if anyone need any help support im here i dont know if you can message on here hae yet to find out.. so if you can let me know.
