7.30.12 Motivational Thread... Have You Been Naughty or Nice??
I'm up early today, so I guess I'll start us off. As expected, My eating habits over the weekend were abysmal. So, it's time to get my act together once and for all... Who's with me?

Similar goals as always... just have to get serious this week and pay attention to them:
1. Calories under 1200.
2. Drink more! (Wine doesn't count, quinn...)
3. Walk every day... NO LAME EXCUSES!
4. At least one fruit or vegetable with each meal... total basics!
5. No breads with breakfast or lunch; limited at supper.

Hmm, naughty or nice, is that the question? I guess my weekend was how the rhyme goes: "When she was good, she was very, very good, but when she was bad, she was horrid!"
Same goals for me also; I'm going to keep them till I get them right.
1. Calories below 1300.
2. Balance pie chart and follow my rules.
3. 72 oz. fluid daily.
4. Log everything and post daily.
5. Eat clean.
6. 3-4 fruits and veggies per day (I'm stealing ).
7. Take all vitamins and supplements.
8. Sleep 7 hours, at least, per night.
9. Exercise 6 hours total this week.
Only thing I changed was the water to fluid...I drink a lot of unsweetened tea in the summer and I never make my water goal because of this.

I too had a bad weekend...well need to count Fri too. Had donut which is an awful amount of carbs but is a weakness for me. Sat had pancakes and yesterday's dinner was not so great. The good news is I have been exercising and drinking more water.
My weight fluctuates so I try not to put a lot of emphasis on the number just eating right.
