Something Positive/something we're grateful for
I'll start:
1) I am grateful to my DH who is a wonderful, kind, supportive person.
2) I am grateful that DD has been bringing her friends home to hang out.
3) I am grateful to the kind people on FD and the support I get here.
Your turn. As many as you want. About anything good or positive.

OK, lets see how many I can come up with
I'm grateful for a loving and supportive family
To be able to provide sufficient and nutritious food for my family
For clean water
For clean clothes and good sanitation
To have a warm (or cool) place to sleep each night
For a warm and welcoming new church family
For having the gospel in my life
For having the freedom to practice my faith openly
For the freedom of speech
For the ability to recognize that my current health conditions are keeping me from my best possible life
For the courage and will to make the necessary changes to correct those conditions
For living in a country that respects diversity (at least most of us do)
For the courageous men and women who are willing to fight to keep our freedoms
For the ability to watch major world events, without having to actually be there
For the invention of the internet...
And for the creators of this site, where we can all come together to support one another in our quest for better health (both physical and mental) no matter what our geographic location may be

A loving & supportive family.
A group of internet friends that I can share with whether it is good or bad.
My hubby - he gets special recognition from the rest of the family
My boxers -they can make me smile right through tears.
A job that I love.
Our beautiful home.

I love this idea!
I'm grateful for the kindness of strangers.
I am grateful to have a job I enjoy.
I'm so grateful to have a friend to whom I can confide my weight loss up's and downs, who supports me whole heartedly, which drives me to keep going on the bad days.
