I guess I'm confused how it wouldn't matter. The weight, which I enter into Fitday to get my total cals, is not the same frozen vs cooked. We all know that frozen will weigh more than cooked. So if the values reference cooked or raw, then the other has to be my mind anyway and that's what I'm trying to get straight.
