Default New, am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I just signed up for the free account to test out Fitday to decide if it is something that would be helpful.

Every time I click on the log tab, the computer just "spins" and nothing loads... I went to my phone, and to load the app to see if that would work, and found very poor reviews of the app (problems with grey screen and not loading).

Is this typical, or am I doing something wrong?
