Hello! I also would like to be a partner in this club. I have never really had to watch my weight or what I ate but it seems now that I have hit my mid 40's I have about 10 pounds that have gathered in my mid section and it is very uncomfortable. I also notice that I am not toned at all. I have always worked out but I don't think that I am pushing myself as hard as I need to now that my metabolism is slowing down. I also am finding that it seems like some days I can not eat enough. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. I am hoping to lose the 10 pounds in the next 3 months.
