Good for you for giving it 'one more try'. I really wish you wouldn't see it that way though. This is something that you will have to do for the rest of your life. If you lose 10 or 20 pounds a year it could take 5 yrs to lose the weight. It really isn't something that can be viewed as one more time. Even if you lose no weight the exercise and healthier eating will be better for your body regardless of what size you are.
