I second the request for Pilates. Currently I've been using "calisthenics, light or moderate" (3 cals/min), or "health club exercise, general" (4 cals/min) depending on my exertion level, though some days 5-6 cals/min might be more accurate.
Thanks to Pilates and Fitday, I've lost 20 lbs in 6 months, achieving my goal and more. My middle age spread is gone! I've been getting loads of compliments, & feel really great.
