Its great to know there are so many of us out there who's decided to take control, and I'm happy to meet you all. I'm trying something new this time around, this site, hoping to log my progress along the way and have a support system backing me when I've fallen off like we tend to do or and when I've shown progression. Sugar is my weakness, and I'm trying to week to work on this so that it can be a lifetime change. I'm also having problems with not eating throughout the day, so that is added to my list of things to work on so that this time around it will stick.
