Hi there HungryGirl,

There's a registered dietitian I know of that might be able to help you if you shoot her an email. I follow her blog and it sounds like you may have some of the issues that she herself has overcome. Her link is here.

It seems like eggs, most vegetables, certain seeds, meat and fish work for you so that would be a good place to start. Recipe sites like Epicurious let you search by ingredient and would be helpful in finding recipes.

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
