So, now instead of lurking and reading all of your post, I have decided that I would become accoutable as well. My goal is to lose 100 lbs this year by eating right, excersizing, and drinking tons of water, no magic pills or gimmicks. I started my weight loss journey at my personal highest of 257
. So far I am down -13 lbs so yay. Long way to go, but I am here for the long haul.
Danielle, welcome aboard! Let me tell you, the plan you describe will WORK if you stick to it and enter all your data into FitDay religiously. If you keep it up, I have no doubt you can reach your goal.
