Default Cannot access new premium account

I just paid for a new premium account. The link I was given does not work. I had a free account, but I am looking to start a new one under the premium one. I cannot email through the site's contact due to there being no email address. Could someone please help me figure out how to talk or write to someone regarding this. This is very irritating as I have just payed 50 dollars for this service.
