u doing well just think about all the effort u put into that workout >> u may not want junk. i have alot to lose also we weigh bout the same.
lets buddy up and motivate each other. i had alot to eat this weekend and my clothes feel tight.
i am so lookin forward to that aerobic class at 6. what workout are u doing today??
