hello all
I just found this site and am begining again on this journey, it has been life long, when I started June 3 2012 I weighed in at 361, today I am at 349, I am a 52 y/o male and I have lost 80 lbs 3x in my life and pout it all back on and then some, My health is showing signs of failure, High BP ( I am on Meds) my sugar is going up and my trigycerides are elevated, now its time to fight ! so here I am, I like the outdoors , cycling. fishing, photography, I build boats, I just have to control what I stuff in my mouth !

I usually lose about 10-20 lbs then get stuck for a month or two. Then I change up my exercise and get going again. I just figure if I can hold within 2-3 lbs during the plateaus that is just teaching my body to maintain and it needs to know how to do that too.
