The short answer could be: hey, honey, more for you.
The long answer is to go into a long drawn out description of every health issue you have ever had in excruciating detail; that's what I have done regarding my fibro, sugar, carbs, insulin, lactose intolerance, etc. Believe me, they'll be so frigging bored, they won't ask again, I promise.
