I've used Fitday since I first found about it back in 02 or 03. I just upgraded to 2.0 specifically so that I can sync between the web interface and the PC version.
The documentation states that the sync will be up and down, however when I try syncing my account I get the message; "You're Fitday.com account already contains entries". I have subscribed to a Premium account and paid my $49.00. Can someone please explain what may be wrong?
If this issue cannot be resolved I will be asking for a refund on my Premium account since that is the only reason I signed up and paid for one.
