Default need some modivation!

hello everyone anyone have any advice to get some modivation to grt fit and stay healthy?

A small success can turn into big motivation, too, so keep track of your progress.

Take a picture of yourself now and one when you were thinner and hang them on your fridge so you'll have to look at them each time you eat.

I think the picture idea is great. I will do that also. Celebrate each success and recognize that you are worth it.
