Looking for virtual gym partners
Hi, i'm 27, currently 177 lbs (80 kg), 5'9'' (175 cm).
I want to turn into a lean machine in 2 months, getting to 143 lbs (67 kg).
I've been doing this for a week, and so far I'm on track with my goals, on average -1500 kcal per day; and I also exercixe regularly, doing mostly bench press, some weights lifting, and indoor rowing.
I'm looking for virtual fitness partners who are in a similar situation and have similar goals, so that we can keep track and stay focused in a group dyanmics (it's much easier done that way than individually). Anyone who'd be interested, please comment.
