Mike, so glad to see you met your goals! Hope you find some quiet moments to congratulate yourself.
My update: I have been at the doctor finding out why I'm so tired, have been going for about five walks a week (a big improvement for me) and have been getting more consistent about my food logging. I haven't resolved the old repetitive lunch problem yet. This week I'm going to try to get more vegetables. I have read that moms need to eat 5-7 servings of vegetables a day to prevent depletion; I currently only manage about 3. Life continues to be high-stress, with a big move coming up in two months, lots of time in close quarters with MIL, and medical challenges for every member of my family. However, formerly I would eat from stress, but now I am resorting more to getting out for walks to calm my mind.
