To be more specific: the Premium application NEVER refreshes at all. Everything is loaded behind the scenes and displayed on-demand making a very seamless and fast experience.
This applies when interacting with any application pages: any menu item under HOME, LOG, REPORTS. But not: ARTICLES, FORUMS
