Default Possible to copy one day to next?

Hi there

I tend to eat the same things from day to day with a bit of variation, so is there an option to copy one day to the next? I would like to be able to copy my previous days food finto the current day and just update what I need, rather than having to enter everything again.

Is there such an option?

Thanks!

Not to my knowledge, but I also tend to eat about the same things and simply use the "history" to add my food and adjust the amounts as necessary--I probably spend an average of 5 minutes a day entering food and activities this way.

Regards,
Michael

Click 'View Recent Foods', then check off the prior days' items and click 'Add Checked'.

That should get you close.

Hi
Thanks for the replies.
I use the history to add my foods too and adjust the amounts but the site is very slow for me so this takes me alot longer than 5 mins.

@dread77706 - that would definitely help but i don't seem to be able to check off the prior days' items and click 'Add Checked'

I came in here looking for the answer to this question. I too tend to eat the same things and it is laborious to click the + for each individual food item in yesterday's log to add it to today's. Having the check boxes that dread77706 seems to see would be a big help.

I use FitDay Classic, and that's where you have the check boxes. Look at the top of the page to the right and you should see "Classic." Clicking on that will take you to the Classic version and you should then be able to follow the suggestion as above from dread.

Click Recent Foods; you will see a list come up of the most recent ones. At the bottom, it says "see more" or something like that. When you click that, the days come up and then you can check the boxes as described.
