So it has been two weeks since my first post here. I have been logging my food every day, been in the gym 3x a week, and trying to drink lots of water. I definitely feel better. I can tell a difference in my clothes. I don't get winded walking up one flight of stairs and I have a ton more energy. When I first posted on 5/4 I was 359. Today I am 355. I truly was hoping for a bigger drop but I am really pleased with how I feel. My intake has fluctuated from 1300 - 2000 calories/day. However, usually I am right around 1500/day. So there were a couple bad days. I have quickly learned to let the bad days go and not dwell on them.
My first goal is to be down to 300 by January. It looks as though I am well on my way even though the scale hasn't dropped a lot so far.
