Welcome Azazelsfyre sounds like work gives you more of a workout than most of us get!

Sorry youre discouraged Tunnrida, but measure your efforts, not results you keep at it, and every day you are healtier in small ways.

Pam, form matters, but sometimes we all want to be a little powerful, and do more weight than we should.

Today was a powerful run I did 3.39 miles in 30 minutes, not a PR, but something Im proud of. Then Boot Camp the instructor set up four stations, and we moved from one to the next, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Steps, and crunches with weights, it was killer, and Im proud to have kept up!
