I here you! At your weight and level of fitness the losses can really slow down. But keep it up and you will reach your goal.
CrossFit today. The workout included front squats. I've been having trouble getting all the way down into the "hole" as they say.

So today I decided to lighten the weight and bit and work of form. It was great to complete the workout feeling like I really had the technique!
