Everyone here seems to be doing just super with their exercises. Did my regular 1 hr walk after work, and went a smidge further, still in an hour, so I guess I'm walking a tad faster. My back also stopped hurting so my guess is that my muscles needed to tighten up.
My manager also got us out at lunch and we did 1.1 miles. Made sure I grabbed my pedometer when I went out for the sunglasses.
Planning for a longer walk in the morning. Will try to remember to take water with me. Did 5 miles last weekend and I think that was pushing it a bit. Will see though.
