thank you for the suggestion! I'm also weight training but perhaps I should re-think my goals.
Age: 18
Starting Weight: 140 lbs (5/5/12)
Ideal Weight: 120

Training for first half marathon

-decrease body fat (through a healthy diet)
-increase muscle mass (weight training program)
-complete first half marathon in August 2012
