It has been a long time since I last posted, things have been very hectic and I have been traveling a lot. Today is the 1 year anniversary of making the lifestyle changes and getting more involved on fitday, etc. I am please to report a total loss of 146 lbs for the year... I should be very excited (and I am) but serious lack of sleep has made me a bit of an emotional mess and am feeling a bit empty about the whole thing...

Anyways, glad to see so many familiar names still posting on here, and I really appreciate the support that I received from so many of you during this journey of the last year... Thanks again!

May 10, 2011 - Starting weight - 341 (Rock Bottom)
June 12, 2012 - current weight - 188

July 4th, Near term Goal 10 - 180
April 6th - Near term Goal 9 - 199 (Met!)
February 18th - Near term Goal 8 - 210 (Met! March 9)
January 12th - Near term Goal 7 - 225 (Met! Jan 5)
November 12 - Near term Goal 6 - 245 (Met! - Nov 9th)
Total Lost: 153 Lbs
