I agree with Ruby, I like to watch the show Biggest Loser and those people work out and weight train like crazy but they still have saggy skin after losing weight, it seems if you lose weight quickly there's a better chance of having the loose skin, I've been weight training and lotioning my body daily and so far so good, best of luck to everyone and congrats on your weight loss! - Renee
