Hey guys,
Just started with Fitday today. Still trying to learn how to get around the place, but thought I'd drop a line to say hello.
My job keeps me pretty busy, and I'm on the road a lot, so I haven't been taking great care of myself. Here's hoping for a fresh start and some encouragement.
Current weight: 285
Immediate goal: 265 by July 4th.
Long term goal: 175 or lower.
