I don't know about the video because I've never seen it, but one of my favorite songs on my ipod when I run is ZZ Top- Legs. It's not a song that I just like to sit and listen to but when I run it's a "must play".
I don't know what kind of music you're into but a lot of songs by Korn and Rage Against the Machine make me want to push myself harder.
Don't spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door.
