Default so worth it I think....

I got to craving ice cream so bad today, that I went to DQ and got a small heath blizard. I should of looked up the nutrition info first. I was not expecting it to be so high in calories, or cabs...83 grams. I'll most likely feel those carbs tomorrow in terms of feeling like I have no energy.I can see fat grams being what they where. I would have been better off benging on 6 fun size twix and a glass of whole milk. Maybe the 2 mile walk in 55 min. that I jumped on not to long after eating this treat, will help burn off those cals.
