Cheese Slice Discrepancy
Hey folks, first time poster here.
I have been on Atkins for a few weeks and I am stalled in a big way, so I thought I would let Fitday try and find the issue. I looked up cheese and I am baffled by the discrepancy I am seeing on my cheese slice packaging, versus the Atkins counter book, versus Fitday.
Atkins and the label say .4g carbs for a slice of cheddar cheese (1oz). Fit day says .78 - 1.2g!
Any ideas? Fitday has a rather poor selection of cheeses to choose from, but I want to get my whole meal plan input.
