check out for a ton of recipes and strategy

you may want to ask her if she is the type to "substitute" gluten foods for gluten free or if she just doesn't eat those types of food.

example, for dinner does she prefer:

steak, sweet potato and broccoli (naturally gluten free foods)


fried chicken with gluten free breading
gluten free pasta
etc etc

that can save you a lot of time and effort.
