Default Calories in a publix chicken tender sub?

Hey guys, new to the site, not 100% sure where to post this. I was wondering if anyone could tell me (estimate) the amount of calories in a 6" sub on wheat, chicken tenders, lettuce, tomato, and black olives. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you Google it, you get this... Calories in Publix 6 Inch Chicken Tender Sub - Calories and Nutrition Facts

Sometimes I just take foods and Google them; at least it gives me an estimate/starting point if I can't find the whole thing. Chinese/Vietnamese food is hard because there is so much variation, but something is better than nothing.

Previously, I would use the excuse of not finding a food to stop logging for the day. Bad idea!

Hey, thanks for the reply. Yeah, I had seen that after googling it, but I wasn't sure if it was for just the bread and chicken. Usually those sites give a strict calorie count and if the food isn't listed in the title, it's usually not counted.
