Iíve been missing since Thursday Ė I did get some swimming in yesterday (nothing much, but better than nothing), and a lot of yard work.

Pam, sounds like youíve had some amazing runs, just keep moving.

Dave, good job looking at the positive, there is much you can do, and it mseems like you are doing it!

Today was a quick mile run, followed by a new weight lifting routine, Iím going to need some help with some of my new moves, but thatís easy to get!
