Yeah, I thought "canned" tomatoes was odd. I know tomatoes themselves are very healthy and I couldn't figure out why they specified "canned". I've heard this problem about canned tomatoes myself before.
Speaking of my own research, the more I've learned about soybeans the more horrified I've become. I only eat one tablespoon a day now instead of the 4-6 I had been consuming. And even at one Tbsp I'm leery. Probably me making this statement against soy will now bring out all the defenders of soy to blast me. But I'm confident that eating unfermented soy and soy products, even if they're organic, is one of the biggest scams in the food industry right now, right up there with HFCS.
