Hi there chikki!

I have also had my gall bladder removed. It was in November 2010 and my body never "adjusted". I can tell you right now that you'll want to not eat eggs. One egg has 5.5g of fat which is a lot for your body right now. Go for egg substitute or egg whites.

You can't cut sweets out of your diet entirely, so you'll need to learn what some healthier sweets are like yogurt. I have a ton of information since I have been dealing with it for quite some time. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me! I hope your body adjusts after a few weeks.
