1) be a stretchy mama
2) 6 glasses H2O minimum
3) 3 gentle gyms OR short walks
4) 1650 calories max except on night of seder
5) lose 1-2 lbs
6) try to break writing block
I was going to say I am in for clean eating this week but I know I might break it in pre Passover indulgences so the above is what I think I can commit too.
