Thanks for posting Katie - I didn't think about that info before but it makes sense!! I just enjoy weight training - I usually do 30-45min M/W/F before my cardio workout. I want to lose weight but I also am looking to build muscle - I know that my body is not meant to ever be "skinny". My husband had me participate in one of his studies where I was required to get a body scan to look at my Bone density -his remarks were "wow I've never seen bones as big as yours!!" I am literally Big Boned LOL! Anyway - I love weight training and I look forward to having that "toned" look! Not BUFF but toned!!
