Yeah, I've completely stopped baking sweets all together. It's a sacrifice for me because I really love baking and I love the sweets. I've cooked for my kids the exact same thing I myself eat. They kind of get tired of it but it's that or nothing haha. I do not buy snacks or soda. Except on an occasion, I worked it out to have oreos this saturday but stayed in my 1400 limit. So I'm pretty proud of that. I think it was a shock for me but i'm getting used to it. I haven't worked out much yet but I am going to start a routine of working out a little and gradually build up more and more. I know I have kept myself inside mostly because I've gained so much weight I am working on myself now to feel confident for myself.
