Biggest Loser - week 1
So weighed in last Tuesday at 136.6. Was pretty good on the calories last week (a little over on the weekend - but c'est la vie!) Only hit the gym twice - looks like we'll have to up the workouts for next week.
After one week: Still 136.6. Zero pounds lost! A little frustrating but at least I didn't gain - yay to stopping the gain.
Looking forward to tonight's episode! Hopefully it will give me some motivation for next week!
