This time I go without giving up!
Every day I ride stationary bike for about 40-45 minutes now, and today I started exercising with DVD Jillian Michelas.
The past two days I did and walk in 2 hours.
Bring to the table everything that I drink and eat that amount of calories and I know when to stop.
