High LDL
Just returned from my yearly check up, the good news is I am down 80 lbs(really been watching what we eat) and i started a Spinning routine(Daily classes for approx. 1 hour a day).Now the bad news, my Cholesteral is still elevated, it came in at 213, what have you done to lower your LDL as that is whats elevated, any info would be great.And is 213 that far out of to have to return to a Staton?
