It's worth knowing if this is an estimate of your calorie intake or measured accurately?

I personally found that my estimates of my calorie intake were quite low compared to reality.

How long have you been on this weight loss plan? If you have started in the last couple of weeks you may just need time for your body to get over the shock.
Began - March 10th 2010

Starting wieght 195.4lbs
Starting Body Fat 27.1%
Starting BMI 27.2

Target Weight 170
Target Body fat <19%
Target BMI 24

As of May 12th

Weight: 178 (Total lost 17.4 ,Loss this week 2.0 )
Fat %: 22.3
BMI: 24.8
