I started FitDay about 6 weeks ago as a way to track my nutrition, drop about 20lbs and get healthy. I go to the Y for yoga at least once a week and I try to get some form of cardio in one additional day. I have a lot of back problems and I work two jobs, so it has been challenging, but I make it work. I've even cut out sodas and fast food pretty much completely.
At first, I was steadily declining for a total of about 4 lbs. Then I went up 3, from a few family parties, lost those and started back down the correct path again.
However, over the past week and a half, I have been steadily gaining about a pound every two or three days. My caloric intake has been about 1100-1400 and my activity levels 1900-2400. The last three or four days I've been especially careful about my portion measurement to make sure I was tracking right. Today I have gained a pound from Wed. I really don't think it is muscle tone, because my clothes are not fitting differently.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to make it stop!
