okay people... I have a half marathon next Sunday and as usual I haven't trained. I'm thinking I should get in some walking this weekend or next week. How far is the farthest that I should walk?
Anyone have a one week training schedule?
I'm not big on training, but I just need to get past the first 2-3 miles with no issues. After that it should be a cake walk.
I guess if this were coming from a new poster y'all would think it was a bogus post, coming from me you should know to expect it.
