Buffalo jerky
Hard-boiled eggs
Dried fruit (mangoes, raisins, mulberries, pineapples)
Nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts)
Avocados
Pumpkin seeds
Pine nuts
Milk (whole, fills you up quick)
Wasabi peas
Cherry tomatoes


And I've recently started eating whole carrots Bugs Bunny style.
