I have had the internal wrangle of to weigh everyday or not for years people saying NO NO.. Only weigh yourself once a week.. etc etc etc .. I am now quite comfortable with the fact that I
want to weigh myself each and every morning.. it's fine, I don't freak out if I am up, just know that it's probably water if I have been on track, or I need to get real if I haven't been on track
I think it's important that you be allowed to find what is right for you. Had I always weighed myself every day, and had I done something about it when I was only a few pounds up, I wouldn't now need to lose so very much!!!!
