hit the gym monday, was so tired from it i didnt bother logging in to say i did! just an average day running and lifting. had to hold back on calf raises because my ankle was hurting pretty bad. anyways starting my 2 day break from work outs!
Start weight: 268 (october '11)
Current weight: 239 (2-14-12)
Goal #1:: 225 (4-1-12)
